Overview
Driftforge is an independent RPG publisher and retailer. Our catalogue includes products fulfilled directly by Driftforge, and products produced and shipped by third-party publishing partners through Shopify Collective — a fulfilment network operated by Shopify. As the copyright owner and designer of all products, Driftforge commissions production and fulfilment from these partners on your behalf.
This policy is transparent about who ships your order, how long it takes, and how costs are calculated.

Partner-Fulfilled Products (Shopify Collective)
The majority of our catalogue is produced and shipped by publishing partners via Shopify Collective. These partners are independent businesses responsible for manufacturing, stock management, and dispatch.
- Your order is dispatched by the publishing partner, not by Driftforge directly
- Handling times vary by partner and product — the estimated handling time is shown on each product listing and confirmed at checkout
- You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking information (where available) from the fulfilling partner
- If your order contains products from multiple partners, items may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking
Where to find partner-specific shipping times:
- On the individual product listing page under shipping information
- At checkout, before you complete your purchase — you will always see the estimated delivery window and shipping cost before paying
Maximum delivery estimate (UK): 10 business days from order placement (handling + transit combined).

Shipping costs for Driftforge-fulfilled products are calculated at checkout based on delivery address and order weight.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the fulfilment method, your delivery address, and order weight. You will always see the full shipping cost before completing your purchase. No shipping costs are added after checkout.
Split Shipments
If your order contains products from multiple fulfilment sources (Driftforge direct + partner-fulfilled, or multiple partners), your order will arrive in separate parcels. You will receive individual dispatch notifications for each shipment.
Stock Availability
Stock for partner-fulfilled products is managed by our publishing partners. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the affected item.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe or there is a delivery issue, contact us at hello@driftforge.co.uk. We will investigate and liaise with our fulfilment partners on your behalf.
