Overview

At Driftforge, our product range includes items fulfilled directly by us as well as products sourced through our publishing partners via Shopify Collective. The fulfilment method depends on the product you order, and this policy covers both scenarios. Where relevant, the product listing will indicate who is responsible for fulfilment.


Products Fulfilled by Our Partners (Shopify Collective)

The majority of our catalogue is fulfilled directly by third-party publishing partners through Shopify Collective. For these products:

  • Orders are dispatched by our partners, not by Driftforge
  • Stock availability and shipping times are managed by the partner and are outside of our direct control
  • Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are provided by the fulfilling partner and may vary
  • You will receive dispatch confirmation and tracking information (where available) directly from the fulfilling partner
  • If multiple items in your order are fulfilled by different partners, they may arrive separately

Estimated delivery times (partner-fulfilled):

  • UK: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • International: 7–21 business days from dispatch

Please note: these are estimates only. We cannot guarantee delivery windows for partner-fulfilled products.


Products Fulfilled Directly by Driftforge

For products shipped directly by us:

  • Orders are processed within 1–5 working days
  • We ship within the UK only via Royal Mail
  • UK delivery: 2–5 business days from dispatch
  • We are not able to offer international shipping on Driftforge-fulfilled products at this time
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched

Shipping costs for Driftforge-fulfilled products are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.


Stock Availability

For partner-fulfilled products, stock levels are managed by our publishing partners and are outside of our control. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund for the affected item.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary depending on the fulfilment method and your delivery address, and are calculated at checkout. You will always see the shipping cost before completing your purchase.


Multiple Items & Split Shipments

If your order contains a mix of Driftforge-fulfilled and partner-fulfilled products, or products from multiple partners, your order may arrive in separate parcels at different times. You will receive individual dispatch notifications for each shipment.


Problems with Your Order

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if there is an issue with your delivery, please contact us at hello@driftforge.co.uk. We will do our best to investigate and liaise with our fulfilment partners on your behalf, though please be aware that resolution timelines may depend on our partners' processes.
